I have been working in Early Years for over 23 years, I have a level 5 in Early Years and am also Forest School trained. I have a passion for teaching in the early years and seeing how children learn and develop in their first stage of life is so important and of course supporting parents in all stages of the early years. I am also SENCo trained and support any additional. We as a team are like a family I work closely in all rooms and support staff with teaching methods with my knowledge.

I consider myself a committed, creative, and enthusiastic educator who believes in making learning fun for children. My 21 years’ experience in schools and nurseries has taught me that parents are children’s first educators, making communication with them vital to children’s learning and development. I am passionate about providing a stimulating and natural learning environment for children; especially considering the nature deficit created because of lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the years, I have developed the leadership skills crucial to inspiring and motivating teams into working together to create an ethos of quality, learning, care, and development for all children.

I have worked in the early years industry since April 2018. I am currently working towards my BA (Hons) Degree in Leadership and Management in Early Years. I am a qualified childcare professional who has a responsibility for the day to day running of their room.  I feel it is important to perform a role caring for children, maintaining a high quality, stimulating learning environment, supervising staff, imparting their knowledge and skills to others. I am very creative and will continuously reflect on ways to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve   practice and support management team.

I’m level 3 qualified in Early Years, I have been in childcare for 10 years and have experienced from babies up to preschool. In my career I love to be creative and help children learn through interesting activities. My hobbies are to spend time with my family and my little boy. I love going on walks to the park in my spare time with my family.

I completed a level 3 Diploma in childcare in 2010 and a level 3 diploma in leadership and management in 2016. I have worked in childcare since 2010 and have a child of my own, which is an experience in itself. The reason I choose childcare, I believe children are gifts that keep on giving. Your children are all amazingly clever in their own way and to know that I have been a part of that or helped in any little way means I can leave work with a smile on my face each day. With an amazing team at Walton Montessori, it makes each day more enjoyable.

I am a dedicated, and enthusiastic practitioner, developing and fostering the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children according to their age, ability, and aptitude. I am a compassionate, creative, effective teacher with valuable experience in classroom administration, professional development, and activity planning. I believe that student learns the best when they are in a positive learning environment, where they feel safe, welcomed, comfortable, and free to speak their mind and blossom and grow.

I am a self-motivated and dynamic professional with experience in relevant fields. With a strong awareness and passion for learning and development, I enjoy being part of organisations to promote good positive learning techniques. Now working in a position within an exciting, proactive organisation where I am contributing to the work alongside colleagues to develop resources. I have a total 14 years (approximately) of work experience in different profiles like primary teacher, customer care, admission counsellor and administration. As part of my career, I have started as a Primary school teacher with daily classroom management, monitoring students behaviour and individual student progress. Being in the education field, I clearly understand the level of student management and this knowledge matched with my work competencies.

I am a keen educator with over 14 years of experience in the areas of teaching and child development. I am passionate about building a strong positive rapport with children which will enable them to find comfort and joy in learning and developing their skills. I have Masters in English and Communication which helps me enrich speech and communication in children. In addition, l hold a Diploma in Teaching and Learning from Cambridge International. I firmly believe in the virtues of learning, and this quality has always kept me on the quest to pursue new skill set; I am proud to have acquired Level 3 Early Years Educator certificate. I am fortunate to have worked with children from across varied cultures and countries and from age group 2-11 years old. This has helped me gain deep understanding about children from early to primary years.

A dedicated educator with a degree in Education and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. I’ve been working in the baby Room at Walton Montessori for over a year now, and I love being part of a community that shares my passion for early childhood education. I enjoy supporting the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and supportive environment, and I’m excited to continue making a positive impact here. I also look forward to broadening my experience by learning from other rooms and contributing to the growth of our children across all ages.

I chose to work at Walton Montessori because of my passion for working with children and my appreciation for the Montessori method’s focus on fostering independence, creativity, and a love for learning. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology with a placement year and experience working with children with ADHD and non-verbal autism. I have gained skills in managing behaviours, using alternative communication methods, and creating supportive environments.

I have always had a passion to work with children, helping them learn, develop and grow. I have a very patient and caring attitude that helps me build a trusting relationship with the children I work with. I love to be creative and i have learnt how to plan and create activities that can extend the children’s learning while also focusing on the children’s interests . I am currently doing a level 3 apprenticeship and gaining hands on experience while also gaining a lot more knowledge learning about early years education and children’s development.

I have been working within the education sector for the past 18 years, having worked in key stage 1, 2 and 3. I had young children myself when I first started cooking in Schools. I am a big believer in cooking healthy hearty meals and educating young people on healthy eating. I decided that I would like to work in Early years to be with them at the beginning of their journey to enjoying and learning about healthy and delicious food.

I work in the toddler room at Walton Montessori. I’ve always had a passion for working with young children, as I believe the early years are the most important in shaping who they become. I find joy in supporting their development, watching them grow in confidence, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they feel loved and valued. Being a part of their learning journey is incredibly rewarding, and I feel proud to play a small role in helping them build a strong foundation for life.

My passion for working with children began after the birth of my daughter, when I truly came to understand how vital those early years are. Supporting a child’s development, nurturing their curiosity, and helping them feel safe and loved is, to me, the most important work there is. I believe every child deserves an enjoyable, enriching childhood—one filled with active learning, joyful experiences, and lasting memories. As a practitioner, I find real purpose in creating those moments and being part of their journey.

From an early age it’s always been my goal to work in childcare. I studied it through all my years in education and I am now continuing that by working towards qualifications in the workplace. I am passionate about helping children grow, develop and learn. It is incredibly rewarding being part of a child’s development, watching them gain confidence, express themselves, and discover the world around them. Every day is different, filled with new discoveries and small milestones and I am proud to contribute to their journeys every day.

I have always had a passion for working with children. I genuinely enjoy playing, learning, and growing alongside them — their curiosity and imagination inspire me every day. As a practitioner, I aim to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where every child feels valued and confident to explore the world around them. I especially love creative play, messy activities, and storytelling. It’s a joy to be part of each child’s early journey, and I’m committed to supporting their development with kindness, patience, and a big smile!

One of the biggest reasons why I chose to work at Walton Montessori with children is because it reminded me of raising my own children and it felt like it was my way of giving back by helping raise children.

I hold a Master’s degree in Sociology and have completed an Initial Teacher Training course, bringing over 8 years of teaching experience to my role. My passion for working with children comes from a strong belief in nurturing their early development and helping them build a solid foundation for life. I’m currently working at Walton Montessori, part of the Elm Group, where I enjoy supporting young children as they grow, learn, and explore. I’m dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels confident and cared for.
